Bloomstead Counselling
Helping You Heal, Grow, and Build Resilience
/ˈbluːm-sted/ noun
A place where resilience takes root and healing can flourish. Bloomstead Counselling is defined by compassion, connection, collaboration, and support in exploring your story and moving towards a life that feels meaningful.
Bloomstead Counselling offers a trauma-informed, body-based, neurodiversity-affirming practice that is grounded in evidence-based approaches. I believe that your capacity for healing is already within you, wherever you are at in this moment. As an Audhd therapist, I understand the importance of tailoring therapy to fit your unique nervous system, life experiences, values, and therapeutic goals—creating space for meaningful healing, growth, and resilience building.
Values: Rooted in Compassion. Guided by Growth. Building Resilience.

Walking Alongside You…
Hi, I'm Natalie Rosery, and I'm so glad you're here.
Seeking relational safety through therapy can be the beginning of a path to healing, self-understanding, and creating meaningful change. My goal is to provide a space where you feel safe to slow down, be seen, be heard, and reconnect with yourself.
Whether you’re carrying the impact of difficult or overwhelming experiences, struggling to feel safe in your body or the world around you, or feeling stuck in patterns that once helped you survive, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
Trauma can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves, our bodies, others, and the life we want to live. Our work together can help you understand how your past experiences have shaped the way you feel, respond, and move through the world; If you strive to reconnect with a sense of safety, build resilience, regulate your nervous system, and learn to trust yourself again, you’re in the right place. If this resonates, I Invite you to reach out. I'd be honoured to walk alongside you.
